Hello
I share your concern for your daughter
Watery stool for 5 days has to be evaluated in detail to find out underlying cause which could be gastroenteritis or food poisoning and motility disorder.

In my opinion you should see a paediatrician for physical examination to assess for dehydration and electrolyte imbalances and stool test if need be.

Meanwhile continue giving her lots of fluids Including ORS solution, fruit juices or plain and boiled water mixed with salt and sugar.

She may require a antibiotics like ornidazole or metronidazole if it doesn't subside in a day or two.

Hope this answers your question,
Best wishes
