What Is The Treatment For Long Period Cycles That Lasts For One Month?

My age is 30 and i am having 2yr old baby, now I am trying to conceive for the second one, for the last three months on my last period i had took dophstan 50mg 6 tablets and taking folic acid tablet daily. I have long period cycle that is normally 1 month and 15 days. My last period was 7th dec 2013.And now for the last week i am having white discharge some times there is blood also, i am feeling tired and lower abdominal pain and some times brest pain too. can i be pregnant or its pre menstrual changes and how long will it last?
Please help i am worried

It is always better to do pregnancy test, if you have slightest doubt. You can be pregnant. What is the reason for you to take Duphaston tablets? Duphaston is a progesterone hormone. It can be given for various reason, to prolong period, to stop excessive bleeding, to preponed, to increase the chances of pregnancy. Its dose and timing also varies according to the indications. You should never take these medications without asking your doctor, and once you start, you should follow the instruction properly. It could be pre menstrual symptoms also. We can not say for sure that for how long it will last. It is also possible that you might be having infection in your uterus, tubes or vagina. It is better you go and see the Doctor.
