Hello dear
Understand your concern
First you have to find the cause of the irregular menstruation. I think following possibility:
Hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst/PCOS, thyroid problem, excessive stress, adenomyosis/endometriosis.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and go for reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study.
I think You have possibility of PCOS .
Doctor will give following advice- Treatment should be taken for at least 6-8 months.
Oral contraceptive pill and progesterone pill in second half of the period.
Metformin should be given after confirmation of PCOS.
Take healthy diet and avoid stress. Do regular exercise and reduce weight if you are overweight.
Hope this may help you
