Hi I m pregnant and have hypermesius guavadarum. I ve been managing on zophran for a few weeks but over the weekend haven t been able to keep water or food down with the meds, I now have dehydration symptoms like dark orange urine for a few days and a persistent dull head ache, at what point is it imperative to see a dr. ?

Thanks for posting question. I would advise you to visit a doctor as soon as possible since you are not able to tolerate any food or even water plus passing dark urine. you may need to get admitted for a short duration.
