Hi, your question is not very clear. Your Surgeon told you he removed your Hydrocele and then he said you have Hydrocele? Is that correct? If yes, then why is the Hydrocele there if he removed it? Do you have any pain or swelling in your scrotum? Hydrocele if it persists after Hernia surgery should resolve over 1 to 2 months. If you have any pain or swelling you might require surgery for the Hydrocele. If no problems then you can observe it and get it treated when you have pain or increased swelling. Take care, Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
