What Is The Treatment For Hormonal Imbalance?

I have just stopped takingfamily planning pills 1 week later and my periods started after 3 days. After my periods ended i have been seeing some mucus with blood and sometimes blood like period. After i went to a nearby nurse she told me that it might be hormonal imbalance is it true? I am worried if i could be sick

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Mukus with blood can be due to vaginal infection but than the blood like periods means that you have a second menstrual cycle in one month.

My advice is to meet an endocrinologist because i think that your condition might be attributed to hormonal imballance and you need to do some hormonal test but in my opinion you need to consult even a obgyn to do a vaginal culture for the possibility of a vaginal infection.

Dont worry, after the test results the doctors will find the exact cause of your symptoms and you will take the right treatement. (if necessary)
