Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Elevated SGPT indicates mild liver injury.
2. Along with elevated triglycerides, it indicates possible fatty liver or steatohepatitis.
3. Control of triglycerides through diet, weight reduction and medication should bring SGPT level to normal.
4. Indigestion not related to liver problem. Possibly anxiety or gastritis.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
