What is the treatment for hemorrhoids with sores ?

Hi. It seems I had a stool Sunday evening. I thought my skin tore a little or the movement may have scrapped my skin leaving it irritated. But after a day discomort, I examined the area noticing a small swollen area on the side of my rectum with two very small sores. Very painful. I used preparation h day one and two. It seemed to help the swelling but not the pain from the sores. I tried zoviarax cream. Not complete relief yet. Have you ever heard of such?

Thanks for posting query.
Increasing dietary fibres, oral fluids to maintain hydration, on-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), sitz bath, and you may need a course of antibiotics.
Consult your physician for further management.
