hello...I have an issue with a hemorroid...been haven it for 4 days now...can barely walk...cannot. sit...everytime I use the restrtoom the pain is to much ....the color of it is red wih yellow bumps on..looks nasty...I need some suggestions please...TY

In my hospital we like to treat hemorrhoid in following way
In acute stage
shit bath twice daily
analgesic cum anesthetic local cream to be applied deep inside with help of nozzle each time after bowel movements and in night before going to bed
For Long term treatment surgical intervention is advised
