ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

The only way you can actually confirm that you do have granulations which can cause hearing loss is to request or take by yourself a CT of the temporal bone which can clearly confirm the granulation and also give a good idea on the state of the bones and drum within the ear

You can get the scan done and get back to me or any other ENT

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
