What Is The Treatment For Headache And Migraine?
I am fed of my headaches and migraines , I get diff types - from the neck , tension headache , sinus headache , cluster headache , horrible migraine episodes.
I start with panadol with maxalon and next paracetamol with codeine , maxalt helps as it's 3rd step or worst case take endone or a tramadol jab.
Taking beta blockers - topamax -50 mg at night as treatment - stopped wine and realised cheese gives migraines and stopped them too
What else on earth can I do to be pain free
