What Is The Treatment For Hair Loss, Weight Gain, Sweats, Fatigue And Hot Flashes?

I had a heart attack in 2011 in July... 2 100% blockage (they said it was a widow maker) in my terms so I could understand it.. anyway... I have been losing my hair, weigh gain, sweats ,flashes, fatique, I have moments when I pick up my daughter which is 28 with cerebal palsy .. I will be transferring her.. but right after that moment I feel as though I can not move another inch but this happens even when I am doing other things... walking to the mailbox which is across the street from my home... .I go in panics and yes I am taking Xanax 0.25mg. I have problems with constipation. I have pain in my neck.. Always feeling sore... I have moments of vertigo which was taken to hospital for that.. Twice...I get jaw pain here and there.. I feel like I am out of air but I can breathe but just seems hard to do so...I have anxiety about being at home with my handicapped daughter at night. I have a fear of dying and no one knowing that my daughter is alone.. She is like a 14 month old baby but 28.My throat also sometimes seems to be swollen and sore.... I had a blood work done and it shows my Tric's are 201 I know It is high and my tsh is 2.30... Energy is the main complaint.. I can't do like I use too.. I also was admitted in August 2014 and I have 2 30% blockages and also 50% in the same place where I had the 2-100% blk.

Once someone has a heart attack, the muscle of the heart can be damaged, making it a less efficient pump. It can be measured and it is called the ejection fraction. If your pump is not working well, you will tire easily. Any exertion will make it worse. Like other muscles, the heart can improve with exercise. Is there cardiac rehab in your community? Most hospitals have programs, or your cardiologist can refer you. But like many problems, there can be more than one cause. Given your own health, and the tremendous responsibility you have for your daughter, you may be experiencing some depression symptoms. The good news is that many modern antidepressants are inexpensive and well tolerated. They may help your energy level and also decrease menopausal symptoms. You are not a good candidate for hormones, so the alternative of a mild antidepressant may help two problems.
