Hello and welcome to HCM,

I read your query and understood your concern. Premature graying of hair has a variety of causes, it is most commonly physiological which means natural for some people and not associated with any underlying disease, or nutritional deficiency, anemia, smoking, endocrine disorders etc

However in your case, since you also have falling hair, I'd suggest you to take vitamin B complex, iron and antioxidant supplements. Eat healthy and quit smoking. You would see improvement in a while.

Hope I helped
