You have problem of
gastroparesis means delay emptying of stomach. You have to modify your diet and lifestyle. ..
Eat small meal and frequently.
Chew a food properly.
Do some walking after eating.
Do regular exercise that is helpful.
Avoid high fatty foods and high fiber foods like whole grain,oats ,beans,sproutsetc...
Avoid following foods like.....
Broccoli ,
corns,
nuts,
popcorn,
seeds....etc.This good cause delay emptying in stomach so avoid to take it.
Gastroparesis problem may be because of
diabetes so check your blood sugar level.
If blood sugar level is high than try to control a blood sugar level.
Multivitamins supplements can use under doctor's suggestion.
Mesure your body weigh at regular interval.If your body weight is reduce than consent a doctor for proper nutrition chart.
