Hi, I am 36 years old male and badly suffering from gastric and bloated stomach and at the same time I experience sudden severe headache and pain behind my neck. My GP has given me medicine for my blood pressure Losartan Potassium 50mg. Currently my BP is at avg 149/95. Thanks YKhan
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of gastritis and headache which could be due to viral or bacterial infection, acid reflux or peptic ulcer disease. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take antacid medicines like ranitidine or pantoprazole. You should take proton pump inhibitors such as ondansetron. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper examination. You should have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. you should take plenty of fluids. Avoid intake of oily, fried and spicy food. Drink plenty of water. Avoid intake of large food at a time. You should take small meals and frequent meals.
