What Is The Treatment For Frequent Bowel Movements?

I am passing stool 4 times a day in the last 2-3 days, this till lunch. Its like since morning if i have something i go and pass stool. The stool is solid and in small pellet like. I took one dose of ridol in the night yesterday but still had to go today. In the past 6 months i always had troubles with constipation and often had to go once in the morning and again in the afternoon. But now i feel like going after having eaten something. In the night i pass a lot of gas. And then i have a lot of relief. My age is 25 yrs.
Should i continue to take ridol and in what dosage ?

Noted the history of constipation, frequent hard stool, need to go after lunch and now after eating anything, took Ridol. Ridol contains Loperamide and is taken in loose stools only and can be the reason for constipation and hence you should stop these strictly.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- Stop Ridol strictly.
- Take a laxative like Dulcolax, stool softener.
- Green leafy vegetables and high fiber diet.
- Send the stool and blood for tests.
If there is no relief after these, colonoscopy may be needed for proper diagnosis and treatment.
