Hi,
The problem you are having is called as irritable dowel syndrome. The exact cause of irritable bowel syndrome is not knownHowever there are various theories which believe that faulty communication between the brain and the intestinal tract is one cause of symptoms,Sometmies miscommunication causes abnormal muscle contractions or spasms, which often cause cramping pain.
-take a fiber supplement, such as Metamucil or Citrucel, but be sure to introduce it slowly and drink plenty of water every day to reduce gas, bloating and constipation. If you find that taking fiber helps your IBS, use it on a regular basis.
-Clidinium is used in the treatment of abdominal pain and irritable bowel syndrome.Clidinium belongs to a class of medication call anticholinergics. It works by reducing the secretion of gastric acid and by relieving cramps and spasms in the stomach and intestine.
-Take a combination of Dicyclomine ) daily anti peristalytc.
-Eat organic fresh fruits and salads.
-Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Thanks
