Hello
I have read your query.
lower end tibia and fibula fractures are difficult to heal.
you may start weight bearing 2 months after surgery after consulting your doctor and taking x ray.
Continue calcium and vitamin D supplements.
continue non weight bearing range of motion exercises.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
