Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding fever, body pain, cough and bad taste in mouth.

After co-relating symptoms of your clinical history it appears as you are most likely suffering from respiratory tract infection. Most of the time it is viral and is a self limiting infection. To manage it you should do-

1- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

2- X-Ray of Chest & paranasal sinuses.

3- Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar (F & PP).

Inferences of above investigations along with Co-relation with clinical findings one may make the proper diagnosis that may be accordingly manage.

Regards.
