my sick little boy
my son is 8 he weighs 65lbs. he started running a fever of 102.6 yesterday and crying because it hurts and burns when he pees. He woke up this morning running a fever of 101.8 complaing of the same symptoms. his urine is light yellow no odor. he is on concerta and kapvay.

Child is receiving concreta and kavpay most probably for attention deficit hyperkinetic disorder and high grade fever with painful micturition suggestive of urinary tract infection and needs urine routine and cultural examination and one course of antibiotic therapy accordingly and plenty of fluids orally :) get well soon :) later on if needed usg KUB
