What Is The Treatment For Fever And Loose Motions?

My baby 6 months 15 days old had Fever 99 to 100 degrees, loose motion and cold and cough. First pediatrician advised OFM solution and Nutolin B with Maxtra syrup. Waited for 3 days the baby got cold and cough as well. Regular pedia stopped that and started Synchlar. Cetrizine and Ambroxyl syrup. Still after 3 days the fever continues. Now today we are advised to give the baby Ofloxacin (OF suspension). And if it persists we are advised to go for tests. So its total 8 days now. Please advise.

Hai.. Firstly be clear if fever is being recorded daily & how high is it. You gave too many antibiotics is too short span...that too you didn't mention about blood cultures. If child's well and accepting feeds well...it could be a passing viral illness....do not worry. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
