What Is The Treatment For Eyelid Swelling
When I was younger at least one of my eyelids would swell up for days and after a couple of days the swelling would go away and my eye would go back to its regular shape. The last time the swelling went down I noticed my eyelid still looked a bit puffy and my eye wouldn't open up as much as the other one making it look smaller. What can I do to make it go away?

It seems from the history that you are having eye lid swelling since childhood. This is called as puffiness of face. In this conditions systemic causes like anemia, hyporproteniemia, heart and kidney diseases needs to be ruled out.
The local eye causes for this condition are inflammation of the eye lids like blepharitis and other inflammations of the eye.

Your information is incomplete. It says only puffiness in one eye only. nothing about pain itching and dis charge.It can be a effect of obstructed gland like calazion. traumatic effect on orbicular-is muscle, having mild ptosis. Most likely calazion. It requires local examination for proper diagnosis For calazion minor surgery of incision and scooping out is required.
