What Is The Treatment For Double Vision?

Hello Doctor, My mother is 64yrs old, having BP and Sugar for the past 10+ yrs. Recently she has developed double-vision which has caused her left eye not functioning properly and the lower lip pulling on the right side..can you please suggest some home remedies to cure the weak nerves around her eye and mouth ? Thanks for your help in advance.

lower lip pulling to right side appears to be facial palsy. BP and sugar to be treated properly. there is no home remedy. if she develops exposer keratitis then artificial tear eye drop be applied. tablet neurobion and analgesic with mild steroid can be given for facial palsy its progress is to be watched. if no improvement then examination by eye doctor may be required.
