What Is The Treatment For Dizziness During Pregnancy?

My daughter is pregnant with her second child, another boy, this pregnancy has been very difficult in terms of her health :-( dizzy feeling constantly no matter what she eat nothing seems to help! Her doctor says that everything seems fine but she does not feel that way, please advise me as to what she should do? She s 7 mos pregnant

DO NOT WORRY.some pregnant ladies feel sick most of the time during pregnancy.if usg is fine then no need to worry. u just eat healthy food,plenty of water,avoid stress and iron b-complex and calcium after 4th month are must.everything will be fine
