What Is The Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo?
I have been very dizzy and lightheaded for three days. I was diagnosed with inner ear virtigo. I have had to strange things going on within my body since an umbilical hernia operation five weeks ago. I get little rashes all over my body that itch then dissappear.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dizziness and vertigo which could occur due to migraines , head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis, middle ear infection , some kind of growth in middle ear. Need not to worry. You should not ignore this , because sometimes the condition get complicated. For now take proper rest , do not bend forward and do light exercise. Drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water . Avoid caffeine product. You should start with antibiotics, steroids and labyrinthine sedatives for 6 to 8 weeks following vestibular rehabilitation exercises. All this needs clinical evaluation and medical assistance. Consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly.
