What Is The Treatment For Dizziness And Headache?
My 14 year old has been having spells of dizziness and headache. He says his eyes go white when it happens and he feels as though he is going to throw up. He also says he feels like he is breathing out of his ear while it is happening which I think is because he is nervous when it happens. His hands also shake all the time.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe dizziness and headache which is caused by inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis . Sometimes ear infection occur due to postnasal drip due to sinusitis . In this case the infection spread throught eustachian tube and cause ear infection. For now avoid bending foreword , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily. I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometery test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid.
