Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding treatment of vertigo and sinusitis.

As you said that your mother in law is taking treatment for vertigo for last 6 months and now in MRI she had been found to be having sinusitis as well. Here I would like to say her sinusitis should be investigated and treated as sinusitis also some times give rise to middle ear infection and labyrinthitis. But here in this case sinusitis is not concern with vertigo as your mother in law is not having any features of labyrinthitis.

I think your mother in law is suffering from BPPV or senile vertigo. so here she should do-

1- Take stugeron.

2- Do Vestibular rehabilitation exercise.

3- Blood pressure to be maintain.

4- walking should be with support of stick etc.

Probably you got the answer of your query.

Regards.
