What Is The Treatment For Difficulty In Swallowing?

Hi, I have had an x-ray on my throat two weeks ago and it revealed a lump in my throat on the right side. Last week I had a barium swallow test revealing the lump is near my right tonsil. When I swallow my saliva or food I feel some discomfort. l feel like food is constantly stuck in my throat. The Dr. will not say what it is, he is referring me back to the ENT specialist. Would you be able to shed some light on what the problem could be because l am quite worried.
Thankyou.

Hello

It is likely that you may be having a mass or swelling in your throat and this is causing the felling of stickiness in your throat.
This has to be evaluated further and may need biopsy , that maybe the reason for your reference . please dont worry , meet your doctor , you will e fine.
Thanks
