What Is The Treatment For Diarrhea?

Ive been having diarrhea for the last couple months where I've been going at least 6 times a day, sometimes up to 15 times a day. Its very painful. Sometimes it looks like just a pile of black stuff, sometimes it looks stringy a little bit, and just recently there's been white spots all in it. Almost looks like white sand all through it. I've puked a couple times in the last couple weeks also. Just have a general tired sick feeling. Can you please give me some sort of idea on what this might be. I don't have insurance so if I can take something OTC that would be wonderful. Thank you

- You definitely need evaluation with basic lab tests and colonoscopy with
doctor .
- Drink plenty of liquids .

- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg stuffs , hot beverages .
- Avoid stress , anxiety , smoking , alcohol .
- Intake of pro biotics with antibiotics containing metronidazole will help
to some extent .
