Dear sir I understand your concern.you are taking good combination of medication but still they are not working means may be moms insulin requirements are increased.you mentioned that she is using some antibiotics ,is she having any infection.usually during infection insulin requirements will increase.my strong suggestion is to start insulin for mama but to guide you in dose and type of insulin i need some moe information.diration of diabetes in mama,her weight,height,age,any infection and how many days she is suffering with infection,hba1c......ok regards.if you find answer is worthy,,,kindly rate it regards
