What Is The Treatment For Depression , Anxiety And Asthma?

Hi, I am a 52 year old female weighing 135 lbs at 5 '1.5 " tall . I was 125 lbs 6 months ago and put on weight without reason... My blood pressure has been going up and down for over a year from 145/90 to 120/ 60 - 170/89 , etc

My doctor put me on BP meds about a month ago but they don't seem to be helping. Some days my stomach feels so bloated due to what I believe is fluid and my right leg swells every night.

I watch my salt intake. I try to walk for 20 mins at least 4 days a week. I have multiple health problems including depression, anxiety and asthma and get short of breath even when I am sleeping. Some days my heart feels like it is going to jump out of my chest. The blood pressure medication doesn't seem to be helping my blood pressure. What can I do ? Thank you for listening.

Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand your emotions. The symptoms you are mentioning are exclusively of anxiety and obsession. Anxiety disorder produces so many weird symptoms for which medical science cannot diagnose any causes. Therefore, you must under stand them and treat them as if they are negligible.

I know that is not easy. for that purpose, the best method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Along with CBT, meditation and exercise should do wonders. please consult a clinical psychologist.
