Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. If you have always had regular menstrual cycles, you should be able to get confirmation/exclusion of pregnancy through the HPT. A sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the tree trans-vaginal route is also advisable to help out with the situation. You can expect withdrawal bleeding 3-7 days after the completion of the hormone course. It may sometimes take as long as 10 days. If you do not see a period even after this period, you should see your doctor for further help. Take care.
