i have read your query.Cross syndrome or Cross–McKusick–Breen syndrome is a rare congenital syndrome characterized by cutaneous and ocular hypopigmentation, various ocular anomalies (e.g. corneal and lens opacity, spastic ectropium, and/or nystagmus) and gingival fibromatosis and severe mental and physical retardation.you havent mention what the exact problem your son is facing.treatment is based on the mangement of the symptoms.
some of these organizations may provide information concerning certain conditions potentially associated with this disorder
1.Genetic and Rare Diseases (GARD) Information Center
2.National Association for Parents of Children with Visual Impairments (NAPVI)
