What Is The Treatment For Cough And Cold?
I am frequently affected by cough and cold from past 2 or 3 months. from past 1 month i am suffering from both full hands and legs are paining like anything. from yesterday i am having fever and body pain too. it is very severe. Throat pain is there i cant even swallow water.

Your symptoms probably indicate viral fever/illness.
However as you may have secondary bacterial infection you need to take:
1) Tablet azithromycin 500 mg once a day for three days
2) Tablet cetrizine twice daily for 3-5 days
3) Betadine gargles thrice a day with lukewarm water
4) Vitamin C Tablet once a day for 10 days
