What Is The Treatment For Constipation?

I have a 6 month old baby girl
Who is extremely constipated to a point where she screams and cries when passing bowel movement I tried giving her prunes and it didn't do anything I'm wondering could it be something else as the formula anal fissure etc?

Hi... Your kid is constipated but at the same time i congratulate for trying out natural methods first. Even medicines will help only 30% and rest of 70% is only lifestyle modification and diet. I suggest you restrict milk to 300-400ml per day, increase water intake to 500 ml per day and give daily night papaya or banana and review back after a week.
