What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain?

I am 44 male with high blood pressure on medication, I have been exercising and losing weight for over 2 1/2 months. Lately i have had bad smelly gas and chest pains. The pain moves from left breast to middle of chest and now my neck is getting sore all the time/

Thanks for your question on HCM.
By your history and description, you are mostly having GERD associated pain.
But better to rule out cardiac cause first because you are hypertensive.
So get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Stress test.
If all are normal then you are mostly having GERD.
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter.
Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of Central burning chest pain and gaseous feeling in stomach.
So avoid stress and tension.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Start proton pump inhibitors.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
