What Is The Treatment For Burning Urination?

I was treated for a bladder infection about 3+ weeks ago with a 3 day course of Bactrim. 2 days after I stopped the Bactrim, I developed high fever, all over pain, low back pain, and chills. Went to the ER was treated for kidney infection (even though culture was negative) with a 12 day course of cipro. Finished the cipro 5 days ago and now having burning with urination, low back discomfort. Felt better a few days ago. Had ultrasound yesterday. No results yet. I am a 46 yo female. 5' 1", 106 lbs, otherwise good health

Urologist 's  Response
Hi.
Ultrasound does not confirm resolution of urinary infection.
U must get urine routine and culture done to see if pus cells have decreased to If pus cells r more, u may require injectable course of culture sensitive antibiotics to cure persistent infection. If less, u need not worry. Take plenty of water and urispas tab thrice daily.
