What Is The Treatment For Bruise In The Elbow?

Within two days I had multiple bruises show up on my inner left elbow and the outside of my left wrist. I watched the wrist bruise come in. I cannot think of anything that could have caused these. I don t take any medications. I am a 30 year old female.

Hi.
As per your case history we need to ask further questions-
What type of bruise it is? Are the skin lesions fluid-filled or solid papular?
Does it itch or pain? Is it the first time these lesions occurred?

You can try applying a mild antibiotic cream like fusidic acid cream twice daily.

It is better to consult a dermatologist if the condition persists beyond 1 week.

Thanks.
