Hi,
osteoporosis in late stages can lead to bone pain due to reduced bone mineral density.
Alendronate, also has certain anti pain effect. If hormonal therapy was not tried, it can be tried to improve further bone mineral density.
Improved nutrition particularly more protein and physiotherapy to improve muscle mass can reduce pain.
Staying agile and moving around is important to reduce pain. To avoid risk of fractures, make her surroundings elder friendly.
Hope I have answered your query. Any further queries, happy to help.
