What Is The Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach?

Hi, I am 25 year old female. I have heavy gastric problem. My tummy rumbles and make sounds especially aft lunch... morning i am quite fine.. But by 2 it all starts off and heavy gas problems too. it continues till night and sometimes its too much. i pass stools regularly morning but i get again noon or sometimes even evening too. like 2 or 3 times a day.. i get burps too.. but i get gas more. i am a software engineer and there is not much physical work that i do. i ignored this problem initially and now it has become too much to handle. My gas problem is the highest during my periods and it gets tough with urgent need to pass tools. and heavy bloating feeling.

You have problem of bloted stomach that may be because of lack of water and fiber in diet .
Intestinal infection also cause gas problem.
Lactose intolerant may cause more gas problem after taking dairy product.


Less physical activity may cause this problem.
Too fast eating and more fatty foods cause this type of symptoms.

Consent a gastroenterologist for diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc....
Drink more water.
Use garlic and ginger in food for proper digestion.

Lemon water and Tutsi leaves good for health.

Fruits like kiwi ,peach, avocado and green vegetables helpful.

Do some physical activity and excercise more than 20 minutes.
