hi Dr. just wondering could be nothing but ever since i woke up yesterday, I've had horrible bloating/ sharp cramp pain felt like my bladder was full like i needed to urinate but I didn't need to use the bathroom & its not my period not due for a while anyway the pain was intense that i had no appetite felt sick I tried some paracetamol to try and ease the pain nothing happened didn't work so I went and ley down in bed even that was so uncomfortable lying on my back and trying to lie on my side couching and walk around even hurt or sitting up straight sharp shooting pains when i did havent been to sleep since yesterday cant get comfy with this but it seems to of eased of now but i know its still there i can feel it im not sure what it could be please can you help and should i go see my gp thank you
