What Is The Treatment For Back Pain?

Hi I am 20 years old, height is 5ft 4 inch and weight is 82 kgs.
I am suffering from a back pain from last 2 months. I cant walk or stand for more than 5 minutes and that too without pain. So finally i went for a MRI scan. My report says : degenerative changes in l3-l4 &l4-l5 discs with posterior disc herniations compressing the cauda equina nerve roots, more at L-4&L-5 level.posterior disc herniation at L5-S1 is also compressing S1 nerve roots more on right side with central canal stenosis. bilaterally. Can any one please suggest me how i can be cured. Thanks
