What Is The Treatment For Anorexia?

I am suffering from Anorexia (Binge Purge subtype) and was wondering what I should do regarding my low pulse and blood pressure because it just seems to be getting worse and worse to the point that whenever I stand up I get extremely dizzy and light headed and off balance as if I am going to fall. I am scared because my pulse is now in the 40 s and it has gotten to the point where I am just in bed all day because I feel too weak to do anything. I wonder what should I do? I cannot stop binging and purging at this stage either and I am aware that at 5 8 and 97 pounds, this is extremely dangerous but I cannot stop. I had an ECG done 2 weeks ago and my Q-T intervals were over 450 as well so what can I do? Please help.

Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM.
It is very important at your stage to get medical attention as soon as possible. Meaning that you should be admitted to the nearest hospital and taken care both physically and psychologically until you overcome your urgent health problems.
Stay safe,
Dr. Ahmad
