What Is The Treatment For Anal Leakage?

26 yr old 5'10 165lbs. In november of 2009 i started suffering from what i would like to call "anal leakage." The best way to describe it is fecal matter, like i havent wiped entirely. Its very bothersome and happens frequently. There is no certain time in which it occurs. Sometimes occurs during physical activity or just sitting in a chair. I went to my GP in January to get his opinion. He thought it could be a hemorrhoid or a fissure. So we tried many different suppositories and creams. I quit taking all my supplements and vitamins i used for my workouts and also quit working out for a month, and nothing worked. He then sent me to Gastroenterologist, which they ordered a flexible sigmoidoscopy. I went back a week later and the doctor said that everything looked fine and the only thing he could see was a little rise in a certain bacteria in which he put me on a antibiotic for a week. (dont recall name of meds) Went back a week later after a didn't work and was put in with a different doctor which he said the only logical reason would be stress. So i took up boxing, and yoga along with my already intense workout regimen. In that time i read that fiber can help this problem and it actually seemed to help and if i didnt take it, it intensified. So after almost two years the problem is still here. Giving up on the stress idea i started thinking why would the fiber help if it wasn't food related. So i started taking foods out of my diet, the first being dairy products. I can say that i eat a huge amount of dairy products to help me keep on and add weight to my body. Yogurts, milk, cheese, and whey protein powder. I took it all out and no it has seemed to have disappeared "almost" all together. In that time i did try lactose free milk which didn't seem to help and the problem still was there. So it has almost been two weeks and with my best try to have all dairy out of my diet. Yesterday and today i tried to reintroduce milk back in slowly with a bowl of cereal each morning. First morning a little bit of "leakage" and then the second day even worse within two hours after consuming. In each instance it subsided a few hours after it started. So my questions would be what would be my first course of action to pin point the exact problem? i.e. what type of doctor. Could dairy cause such symptoms? I thank you in advance for any knowledge you can give me. I know i am forgetting a couple of things but when i do i will update promptly. Please ask any questions to help you to guide to a possible solution. Thank you
