my butthole itches after i wipe. i have been using wet paper towles for about a month or two to get clean after going.... i think i have micro tears around my rectum do to this... it is not like i can stop using the bathroom, so it gets irritaed once, twice or three times a day, depending on how often i have to wipe.... i hope it is not hemoroids... any ideas?

0.2% GTN ointment plus lignocaine gel. Mix these two and apply at the side of defecation.
