What Is The Treatment For An Oozing Wound?
I had my navel pierced last year...the top hole has healed well, but there is something that looks like skin hanging out the bottom hole - it isn't infected as it's been like this for a few months now, but it does weep a lot. What does this mean, and what should I do? Thanks.

It is unusual for a wound to not heal for an year and is unlikely to be due to infection. From the description that you give, it seems most likely to be a case of pyogenic granuloma to me.
It can be easily managed by cauterizing it under local anesthesia. The procedure wont take more than 5 minutes in a doctor's office. I would suggest that you visit a nearby dermatologist for that.
