What Is The Treatment For A Piercing Infection In Ear?

I have had my piercing done some years ago, but since 6-7 months, there is this yellow smelly liquid coming out of my earlobe hole. I think it is pus. N its painful too. Is there any infection? If yes, then what kind of infection and what should i do?
