What Is The Treatment For A Lump In The Right Testicle?

I have a small lump, in my upper right testicle. It's usually only noticebale when I'm laying down. Sometimes (every now and then) I get discomfort in my lower abdominal area (for instance if I press down on my bellybutton), so I think it could be a hernia? But I'm also worried it's testicular torsion or something bigger. What is it? What should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
What the lump you have noticed if not paining or causing any clinical symptoms then this may be kind of nonspecific swelling, this is not the hernia, wait for some time this would come around, if this does not then you need to get done the clinical examination and may need some imaging study like ultrasonography, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
