General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
The numbness indicates nerve damage during the fall, or / pressure of collected blood (hematoma) on nerve / blood vessle, The dent on top back of your head ,needs immediate attention,in case you feel it's increasing in size.
Please consult an orthopedic doctor ,get X ray/CT scan/MRI as per his advise after full physical check up. Once the cause is found treatment will be advised.
Thanks.
