im 23 year old female.i have thyroid inbalance. i have scantyperiods which were losting for 1 day only.& my face become very puffy.plz give me a solution 2 solve this problem

Since you have scanty periods and puffy face, i feel still your thyroid hormones are at lowerside. first You get your thyroid blood tests done. Then you titrate your medicines accordingly. You will be allright.
